Shipping policy
Orders are delivered across Egypt through our trusted shipping partner, Panther Express. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your governorate.
Delivery Times
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Cairo, Giza, and the New Cities: within 48 hours.
- All other governorates: within 72 hours.
- Red Sea, Sinai, New Valley, and Matrouh: up to 10 days.
Coverage
- We currently deliver to all governorates across Egypt.
- Some areas are outside our coverage, including remote desert areas, the New Administrative Capital, and Ain Sokhna.
- Free shipping is not available at the moment.
