Refund policy

We want you to love your Fouré pieces. If something isn’t quite right, here’s everything you need to know about returns and exchanges.

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
• Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
• You may open your package and inspect your items before accepting the order, while the courier is present.
• Partial returns or exchanges are not accepted. The order must be returned or exchanged in full.
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
• If you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
